Skye Cafe & Bistro - Regina

We were eager to try Milton Rebello's new restaurant located at the Saskatchewan Science Centre.

Went here for brunch yesterday Everything as absolutely wonderful.

Really enjoyed this placeWent there for New Year's eve and the dinner was out if this world.

We loved Sky Bistro. We settled in for lunch after spending all morning with the kids at the science centre. The staff was helpful and thorough. The menu was fancy but not overpriced. The kids menu was also creative yet accessible. The food was absolutely delicious with plenty of traditional options but also vegan friendly. And the atmosphere was trendy but not pretentious. An excellent dining experience. Perfect for brunch. We highly recommend the Sky Bistro.

Stopped by on a whim while out for a ride. Very tasty mocha and a fresh piece of cake. Nice locale; comfortable chairs and lots of natural light. They grow their herbs and some vegetables for their meal offerings on the patio. Nice place; good service.
