Loobapbap - Region of Waterloo

Have ordered from here multiple times on ubereats for comfort food days or when I've been too busy after a long day to cook, especially the kimbaps. The food is always clean, hygienic, and delicious! Hopefully I can go in-person sometime.

The egg toasts are absolutely delicious. I recommend the tuna and avocado flavours.The workers are kind and sweet. Service is decent, not the fastest but worth the wait.

Kimbap is so good.. such a satisfying bite! I will say the toast has no cabbage/veggie unlike most Korean toast.

I am honestly surprised, I did not expect much when I ordered the Chicken bap. The chicken was flavorful and not dry, good rice base, vegetables tasted quite fresh and I still have no idea how they made the egg so soft. It was a 'clean ' meal, I did not feel bloated and there was no grease.I only put 4 stars because I wish there was more of everything in the bowl :,

I went there to pick up an order for a friend. I was asked to pay, and I did not take a closer look (i guess i should from now on) and chose to tap. I got out and realized that the transaction was made for $103 while the order was only $83 (by reading the receipt). I went back immediately and asked why I was charged of $20ish dollars tip. I was told that I made the decision to pay 25% tip for a takeout. I told them that they could check the camera. ALL I did was tapping on the machine. I did not even take a look at the screen. They insisted that it was my mistake. Yes, I made a mistake dropping by. I will not make that mistake ever
