Ristorante Zebra - REHOBOTH BEACH

They are too big for their britches. many other amazing decisions in the opposite with the service excluded. it was empty and they pretended to do us a favor by moving our table.

This was our second time at Zebra this summer. Last summer we had a couple of outstanding meals, however this summer they may have slipped a bit. The ravioli was mushy and the scallops looked meek. Restaurant understaffed, our waitress advised us she was in the weeds, which translated too no bread or drinks until after you have received your starters. The meal was just okay, nothing stellar, typical desserts nothing creative. hopefully they get back on track for next summer.

Before the summer of 2018, Zebra was one of our favorite restaurants in Rehoboth Beach. The last two times we had dinner at Zebra there was clearly a problem in the kitchen, because it took an extended period of time to receive our appertizers and are dinner. We planned to leave just as our food was serviced. Most unfortunate experiences.

The lamb shank was excellent and the veal saltimbocca was just okay. The waiter was less than friendly, he seem like he wished to be somewhere else. We are not likely to return.

Zebra Ristorante is a favorite destination for us... it never disappoints! The food is delicious and the menu always includes seasonal specials. Tonight we had the watermelon salad, homemade pasta (ravioli) and veal Marsala. Nice selection of wines to choose from as well.
