Avaliação da contribuiçãoI'm glad I got there early so I got my food in a timely fashion! It was well worth the trouble and expense. But to wait for 30+ minutes to have the main course plate removed is unacceptable anywhere. Other tables seemed to wait a long time too. There was only one waitron to do all the floor work including the drinks. An extra pair of hands would have made the whole experience much more enjoyable. The duck foie gras was delectable and the turbot was fantastic. I had to wash all that down with a small bottle of Laurent Perrier why be in Reims if you don't try their wares? The mix of 4 cheeses at the end was excellent and appeared within 5 minutes of the turbot remains being removed. All up an excellent feed, but service a negative although not the fault of the waitron who was rushed off her feet.
Great experience in this restaurant where service and dishes are of impeccable quality. The menu entry, dish and dessert half litre of water or wine included for only 28€ per person, I strongly recommend this restaurant.
A 51-year anniversary meal where we discovered this establishment. Excellent entry to dessert! Very pleasant and professional service. Good products and good flavors. We'll be back!

Good restaurant, quite classic French cuisine, without surprise but of quality. Courtesy service. Ambiance of room a little old. A good address.
