Churrasco Brazilian Steakhouse - Reno

Cool experience, our waiter was the absolute man! Definitely a cool experience and pretty good good as well, was a great date, and would be a cool place to a go with a big group as well!

The meats were excellent, but sadly there was a lack of attention to detail. Martini was served in a rocks glass full of ice chips because the bartender did not have enough glassware nor the correct tool for double straining. Dirty plates were left stacking up on our table. We had to grab our own clean plates from the cold bar when we were ready for the main course. When we asked for salt and pepper, we received little packets used for to-go orders. In a place specializing in high quality grilled meats, at the very least there should be a sea salt and black pepper grinder on each table. Most of the staff we encountered were pleasant, but seriously lacking in fine-dining training.

I had an exceptional dining experience at this restaurant! The cuisine was truly exquisite, and the service was impeccable. My wife and I introduced a couple who had never dined here before, and both of them thoroughly enjoyed their meals. My friends wife, being a vegetarian, opted for the salad bar, and she found all the offerings to be fresh and well-prepared.

I loved it. Great food. Nice people. Will definitely go back again! Loved the side dishes. Meat cuts were excellent! I want to go back for my birthday next!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant the first time I went about 6 weeks ago. This time however was really disappointing. First off the hostess was barely civil and it was obvious she was not enjoying her shift nor the customers. Secondly, I had to specifically ask for picanha and lamb after having sausage, chicken, fries and pork come around at least twice each! I would see these items come out but the servers would just walk right past our table every time. It was awkward having to ask that they stop at our table...and when they did they would often present meat that was extremely rare! I felt that this was a punishment for asking. Our server seemed to only be concerned with trying to uosell us on alcohol and such rather than service. My date and I both ended up with stomach cramps late that night as well. I most likely will not return since this experience ended up being $100 per plate. It's such a disappointment because my partner and I were so excited to return after our initial stellar experience.
