Pizanos Pizza Downtown Reno

I first spoke with Jacob, who was incredibly patient with me despite the loud environment I was in while ordering. After finalizing my order, we encountered some payment issues. Since we weren’t too far from the restaurant, my husband and I decided to walk there. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Marky (I hope I spelled that right!). She was so sweet and took great care of us, providing us with water cups and delivering excellent service. To our surprise, our order was ready in about 20-25 minutes, much quicker than we expected! Since we had walked, Marky generously offered to give us a ride back with all the pizzas and wings. It was a bit silly of us to think we could carry everything back, but her offer to help was genuinely remarkable. I've never met anyone so eager to assist. The staff at Pizano's are incredibly kind and accommodating, and I truly appreciate the wonderful experience. The pizza and wings were outstanding—100/10! Everyone loved them and couldn’t stop raving about how delicious they were. Thank you so much to the team! God bless you all!

The pizza isn't exceptional, but the prices are quite reasonable. I found their salads to be pretty good, especially the Caesar salad I ordered. It's conveniently situated downtown, making it a great alternative to fast food for those of us working in Reno's downtown area.

Not only are the wings consistently better than anything at the wing festival the last few years but the value is quite unmatched in today's market especially considering it's smack dab downtown. If not checked I would happily eat here daily and have before. 10/5 without a doubt.
