Wendy's - Reno

Staff is friendly. Food was what I expected and served promptly. The decor isn't as nice as other Wendy's in town. There's always a long line at drive thru. Needing to ask for key to bathroom causes unnecessary delay at register and feels awkward.

We had hair in our food,I got a refund on our food definitely never going to this wendys again they forgot straws too.Food: 1/5

If I could give 0 stars I would, the cashier had an attitude, didn't give us all of our food at first had to double check before we left, and when we got home the food was old, cold and not worth the money, the tripple dave was crunchier than the one piece of onion that was on it and it was dry, will not come back here again.

My husband placed an order. He is using his electric wheelchair. The dining room is closed in the middle of the day. I tried ordering online couldn't place order went through drive thru was argued with about placed order and was treated so rudely will never return to this store or others owned by this particular owner

Literally all my food was cold I suggest to not order there around closing time they will just give you food that’s been sitting there for hours I worked there before
