Pizza Hut - Republic

My family ordered a medium meat lovers and a large cheese pizza. It was the worst, greasiest pizza I've ever had. I've had frozen pizza, 10 times better. Not only that, it was estimated to arrive in 35 minutes but took an hour. I will never go back! What has happned to Pizza Hut? Is it just this Pizza Hut? Nasty.

The donuts and cinnamon rolls were hard as rocks and tasted so old and stale. Was there at 6am and so disappointed. Spent over 50 dollars for 3 cinnamon rolls and 2 donuts!!! Such a waste of money! Ended up throwing 90% of this food away because I couldn't force it down my throat. My grandchildren wouldn't even eat the donuts!!!!

Called to confirm their dinning room was open. I was asked to hold at 1:45 and still on hold at 12 minutes. I really wanted to dine-in, but I'm worried about the lack of service I'll receive.

We have dined in at this location a few times. it is one of the last remaining old school pizza huts with the checkered table cloths and stained glass chandeliers at each table. tonight we decided to order a pizza for delivery and it arrived quickly and was piping hot! also, we asked for extra pineapple and they didn’t disappoint! we have ordered from another pizza chain in town and their idea of extra pineapple was pathetic. thank you pizza hut for an incredible dinner tonight

Waiting on a pizza I ordered an hour and a half ago. Location is clearly understaffed.
