A&W Restaurant - Revelstoke

Awkwardly located close to the TransCanada and gas stations, this A&W provides the usual good burgers and outstanding Onion Rings that one expects at A&W’s. They were busy and service seemed a bit slower than expected. We also found it a bit confusing to get into and back on the TransCanada. It did, however, provide above average food for a fast stop.

Stopped at this location while travelling from Alberta to Chilliwack and was initially dismayed at the line up to order. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the reason for the line up was their serving customers in order of their arrival. The ordering took a very short time and our food was provided quickly by the friendly counter staff. I was impressed by the way this busy time was handled by all the staff in a well organized and orchestrated manner. Our food was delicious and we left having enjoyed this pleasant break in our travels.

It's A&W, can't go wrong with it. Lots of seating (indoors and out). Clean. Quick service. Food was good (onion rings needed more seasoning - pretty bland).

Clean bathroom . friendly staff good food as are all A&W's are. We stopped in for a quick bite before driving another hour and a half to Golden. The view was limited due to the weather but I'm sure its beautiful as all of the Rockies are. And a fireplace a real fireplace in the middle of the restaurant. I guess in the winter the would be nice.

Always a great place for a quick breakfast, food food and quick clean place to eat before heading up to the hill. Always meet up for breakfast here with friends and family, a real breakfast with real plates and silverware. Can't go wrong!
