Very good selection of suppe, homemade brote, fish, lamb and vegetarian/vegan. the alcohol selection was varied. good choice for dessert.

Large small coffee shop that reminds me of something I would find in colorado, usa. good coffee and friendly staff that just fed when I tried to say that.

My favorite local restaurant in Reykjavik! Delicious food, big portions and unbeatable price. I recommend to try: Lamb burger, Rauðspretta (plaice) and their specialty: SÚRDEIGSBÖKUR (many different). Happy hour from 4pm to 7pm (cheap beer and wine And the best coffee I tried in Reykjavik!

While staying at Hotel Cabin, we decided to walk to this restaurant for dinner. It was a peaceful 5-minute stroll through a quiet neighborhood. The restaurant had a nice local feel and a great atmosphere. The service was good. There was a local singer performing at the bar that night, so it was a bit crowded. We ordered the vegan bake and lamb burger, both of which were delicious. The vegan bake was so filling that we couldn't finish it. The lamb burger had a tasty BBQ flavor, which we enjoyed. They also had a great local Viking beer. We would have liked to come back and eat here again. The portions were generous and the prices were typical for eating out in Iceland.
