This restaurant is a real gem! While the food truck can be spotted in various locations, on Thursday mornings, it sets up in Old Town East in front of Gemuit. The food is not just delicious but also beautifully presented, and the owner is fantastic! Her name is Mersh, and she's incredibly personable. I had the corned beef hash, and it was wonderful—full of flavor and very satisfying. Be sure to try Mersh's special sauce; it's truly incredible! There are plenty of options available, all made to order and bursting with flavor. What more could you want? Support local businesses!

The Blueberries for Sal are amazing! My kids would rate them 10 stars. The compote and fresh cream were absolutely delicious. We were visiting from out of town, and my kids wished this restaurant was in our hometown. The staff member was very kind and helpful. This is definitely a place worth checking out!

Wow, it's quite rare for me to give a food truck five stars, but here we are! The chorizo dish is incredible; it features generous portions of chorizo, creamy avocado, crispy hash browns, perfectly cooked eggs, and a special sauce. The flavors blend beautifully, and there's just the right amount of heat from the chorizo. I ordered a side of Old Bay sauce, which paired perfectly with the eggs. They were parked in the combustion parking lot, allowing us to enjoy some beers alongside our brunch—an excellent combination! The owners are very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions about the menu. Great job!

I ordered the breakfast burrito, and it was one of the best I've ever had. I will definitely be coming back!
