Mcdonald's - Rice Lake

The food was excellent and served promptly, and the server was satisfactory. However, the reason this restaurant is getting a 4-star rating is due to the lack of cleanliness. Many tables were dirty, the floor was not well-maintained, and the area where drinks are served was extremely unsanitary. The restaurant should prioritize regular cleaning to ensure a better experience for customers. If these areas were cleaner, I would have given it a 5-star rating.

Last few times I have been to this establishment, I have had issues such as cold and/or crushed sandwiches, over seasoned food, and the last time I was there they forgot not one but two orders of French fries. I don't know if it's staff not paying attention or lousy management but this is by far the worst place I've ever gotten food.

The food is OK but the prices. I will never buy chicken nuggets here they are expensive and taste like dirt!!! No wonder kids like them!!!!

Stopped by for a large dr. Pepper with light ice. When I left drive-thru, I noticed that the soda didn't look or taste right. I happened to catch an employee who had finished running another customer's order put to their vehicle. She asked if something was wrong and I told her about my drink not looking or tasting right. She investigated the issue and found that the syrup was out. She was kind enough to change the syrup and bring me a new drink. I didn't catch her name, but her professionalism and compassion were a 10 on a 1-10 scale; 1 being terrible and 10 being excellent.

Quick and easy. The fries were hot and cooked perfectly!
