I forgot to change the pick up time on my website order so I tried to call the establishment for over 15 minutes to ask them to change the time. The phone rang and rang until I was told there was no voicemail and I couldn't leave a message. I did that repeatedly but the phone was NEVER answered. I realize it was my mistake but I should have been able to get it corrected by a simple phone call. Instead I was forced to pick up my sandwiches 3 hours earlier than I wanted to. So much for customer service.
Food was good. One thing that bothered me, was that they only had two different types of bread left. Other than that everything else was ok.
I normally love subway but they always don’t put enough stuff on there. Like today I got a sub and I asked for mayo and she put 2 drops.
