Novel Coffee And Teas - Richland

Novel is the finest locally owned coffee shop in the Tri-Cities! The coffee is always prepared exactly to my preference. The food is delightful, and the service is exceptional. I’m eagerly looking forward to the opening of the new location!

What a fabulous little café! The service is friendly, and both the coffee and food are delicious. If I could rate the atmosphere higher, I definitely would. The toast is absolutely to die for!

I was quite disappointed with my experience. The prices are really high, and the coffee was just mediocre. Coupled with an uninviting atmosphere, I don't think I'll be coming back.

Novel is like a good book you can’t seem to put down. Fantastic menu options, each perfectly crafted. A charming and sophisticated cafe that is perfect for any occasion. The atmosphere is great and the staff is always welcoming! The owners did a great job with this place, I’m super excited to see what the next chapter is for Novel!

Cute and chill, customer service was superb! The drinks were delicious and definitely want to try some of their other drinks.
