Additionally, there were numerous shortages in ingredients, leading to me not receiving the sandwich I had ordered due to a lack of bread. The management of this establishment needs to improve their organization and supply management.
This used to be our favorite boba tea spot, but our most recent visit was extremely disappointing. We ordered the classic brown sugar pearl milk tea and immediately noticed the unusual color of the drink. After taking a few sips, it was evident that something was off. The drink had no tea flavor and the pearls were overly sweet, making the entire drink taste like sugary water. We ended up throwing it away after only drinking a quarter of it. We definitely will not be returning to this establishment.
The experience was satisfactory. I ordered the classic brown sugar pearl milk tea, which was decent but nothing exceptional. It was not bad overall.
I asked the cashier if I can use a coupon today and she gave a very bad attitude, as if to say I couldn’t afford the full thing. Anyways I felt kind of ashamed to even use the coupon they gave out.
I very rately on gg unless service attitude is very bad!I asked her sorry is this jasmine green tea milk tea is green tea milk or just milk tea? because I can 't drink matcha green tea. but she replied as if she wanted to curse me, her face looked at me like she just had an argument with her boyfriend. the way she responds like I 'm so annoying her. Imperfect milk tea taste is not a big deal, but her attitude so bad.If you don 't want to have a bad day then don 't come.
