Avaliação da contribuiçãoI had a delicious beef offal noodle soup at the night market. The broth was flavorful, the offal was tender, and the noodles were perfectly chewy. Overall, it was quite delicious.
I finally tried their Hainan chicken and it was delicious! It's no wonder they are one of the busiest food stalls in the food court. There was a long line to order the entire time we were there, but they were quick and efficient, so the line moved quickly. Our food was ready in less than 10 minutes after ordering. My niece enjoyed the rice and even liked the chicken, despite not usually eating meat. I tried the shui gai and thought it was decent, but not the best in the city. The noodles were cooked perfectly and had a nice texture throughout.
I ordered the pork hock noodle soup and it was excellent. The soup base was very flavorful and the noodles were cooked perfectly - chewy and smooth.
This might be my new favorite hainanese chicken in Richmond. The meat is served cold, and comes with their daily soup. Expect a long line during meal time, worth the wait tho!
Cash only! Located in the food court. Go early for the hainanese chicken, it is worth the hype. Best chicken in lower mainland. Oil rice sells out earlier than the chicken, usually sells out around 2pm. The wonton and brisket noodle is also a favourite ofmine
