Shawarma Palace - Richmond

This restaurant used to be our go-to spot for freshly made shawarma, but it seems like there have been some changes in management or ownership. The quality of the ingredients has declined, with the chicken lacking flavor and crispiness. The wraps were not heated as well as they used to be, and the carrots were not as crisp or flavorful. The shakes, however, still stood out as a highlight of the meal. Overall, the experience was disappointing compared to our previous visits.

We didn't feel like eating at the movie theater, so we decided to dine here instead and were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is located on a square with plenty of free parking spaces. We really enjoyed their lamb donair and chicken shawarma plates. The meat was flavorful and paired perfectly with the sauce.

I always enjoyed chicken flavor while my friend enjoyed his lamb skinwarm. they always give a big part so that I can sometimes skip the next meal. what a lot!

I had some time to kill on a Wednesday, so I went in and bought the Veggie roll I never tasted. surprisingly good!

Our group of seven had an amazing experience at this restaurant. Every dish we ordered was delicious, with generous portions that could easily be shared. The seating was simple and the staff could improve their attitude. Just a reminder, there is no table service. Overall, we will definitely be returning as this is one of the best shawarma spots in the area.
