I really don't want to give bad reviews, but... The staff was very unstoppable. I'm a vegetarian and the burger is seven dollars. It's just not worth the trip people.
Every time I go to this particular location, the service is horrible. There is no sense of good customer service and you never get what you ask for and have to ask for the correct items. Once, the manager argued with my friend about a mistake they made and told my friend he was wrong for asking for the right food. We had to wait for about 15 minutes for the food and the manager said some foul words to my friend. Once the manager came outside, he yelled and snapped a picture of my friends car and told us to never come back. Overall, the experience is never good there and we will not be going back to the Chamberlayne Avenue location in Richmond Va again.
The evening staff usually seem extraordinarily friendly, which I appreciate. The morning staff are often grumpy and unfriendly. Lately they've been missing things from my order, like sandwich mods that I can't find out about until I get home. And the food has been extra greasy, like dripping through the bag and leaving grease stains on my car seat...it can be almost inedible when that happens. The lines sometimes get held up because they're getting the food out very slowly. It's not the best BK I've been to, but unfortunately it's the only one near me. Also, it's a drive through only, no sit down dining available.
This establishment is special to say the least. Not sure who does the hiring here but this place could use a serious revamp. As a truck driver there are no drive thru's that a truck can fit thru. As I tried to explain this to the employees at this establishment, I was ignored. I wasnt even denied service, just totally ignored. Kinda sad. I feel the correct way to handle this would have been for me to pull over and possible meet by the window where the exchange could take place. However the children that work here lack in the customer service department. I would advise others to not waste their time
