Osaka Sushi And Steak - Richmond

The food was good, the waitress was very nice and made a great job. Four of us came at 5:15 and were the only people sitting at a table. Only two others sat at the bar. Hostess gave us no word. During the hour the restaurant was occupied and at 6:45, a woman, I suppose came in management and ask us to go because someone had a 7:00 reservation. We were never warned, and after spending over $70 and catching up our time, we felt that this was very rude. If you hurry a customer out of your restaurant, you should give them an option if they enter the door whether they want to stay. We enjoyed dinner, but that definitely gave a bad taste in our mouth for another visit.

Had a great experience in Osaka not on time despite her menu for Restaurantwoche. Ordered the Calamari and shrimp appetizers that were both amazing. Also shown are the Geisha and Aal roles, which were also delicious. Will definitely be vented again in the future.

I've been here twice, both dine-in and take-out and had a great experience both times. I really like the mini-spicy dumplings and the shrimp tempura roll. Alex is a great bartender, really on the menu, attentive.

This place was pretty good. If you expect any Hibachi, this is not the place to go. The resturaunt doesn't wear yam sauce. The food I order was really good. The staff was courtesy and very nice. Her mules were also delicious.

I've wanted to try this place for quite some time but getting a same day reservation has been tough. It did not disappoint. Very cute inside but much smaller than I expected. I ordered the summer salad. It was light and refreshing, just too much dressing. Next time I will ask for dressing on the side. The food was great. Service was good. My only real disappointment was the salad that came with the crab and shrimp fried rice. Iceberg lettuce and watery ginger dressing. Lots of good sushi to choose from.
