Pizza Hut - Richmond

I had sworn off pizza from this place months ago after making my own pan pizza, but we decided to give it one last chance, and it was fantastic! It reminded me of how pizza used to taste in the 90s, when it was at its best. Kudos to the team at this pizzeria and their management. The pizza arrived right on time, and they didn't forget a single item from our order, even providing us with more than enough Parmesan and red pepper flakes! I will definitely be ordering from here for my niece's birthday party.

The order was ready and warm when I arrived. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well. I highly recommend the Buffalo Chicken Pizza!

I ordered pizza for a nurse, and the team member I spoke with was incredibly helpful in finding the best deals to accommodate everyone. He also offered a special discount to show appreciation for the nurses, which was a lovely gesture. It wasn't something they had to do, but it meant a lot to us. We are very grateful and will definitely order again. And of course, the pizza was fantastic! Thank you once again!

Everything was fine, but I wish there were more pepperonis on my pizza. It seems like there are fewer each time.

They genuinely make an effort, but unfortunately, a lot is lost in the execution.
