I had a wonderful experience at Ruth's Chris in Richmond. Our server, Bobby, was excellent and provided top-notch customer service. This restaurant is a great choice for any occasion.

This was the worst experience, I have had at Ruth Chris!! There was a table behind us that was loud and obnoxious!! Even our waitress said, she could hear them on the other side of the restaurant! A manager, should have come by and politely asked them to hold it down!! This was a very poor representation of your restaurant!! Paul Rutherford 804-241-0442

We love Ruth’s . Pretty much go there when we have special occasions and date nights. Last night we got two steaks. Mine was supposed to be medium and my wife’s medium well. Both were over cooked. I didn’t say anything, I was hungry and I don’t like to complain. The mushroom app was just not good. I feel y’all changed the recipe. We will not order it again. Second time in a row. It was taken off the bill. Besides that the service was on point and my wife’s drinks awesome. I will continue to dine there, most of the time our steaks are on point. Anyways, feed back is a gift and wanted to let y’all know. Inspect what you expect.
