Avaliação da contribuiçãoI can honestly say that it was the best experience I had with customer service in a very long time. sophia welcomed me to sit within minutes of me, she was kind, real, pleasant to speak, and always smile. Apart from my order, I never had to ask for anything, it was already done. even at the end of the meal when I asked for a box, I mentioned that I will take the left broth rolls, and she got a fresh set for me to take home. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
Pleasant late lunch early dinner as on the way to costco directly around the corner. it was about 1:45, so the midday was gone. I have a great, perfectly cooked steak salad baked kartoffel. plus the warm rolls with honey butter! server was friendly and prompt. I wish the baked kartoffel had been hot - it was only lukewarm, but unlike all that was great!
I regret continuing to give this place a chance after having been disappointed for a third time about a few months today, which will probably be my last visit. Today I ordered the Sirloin medium when it came to me, it looked juicy, but was well done when I was cut in and the outer was burned. I sent it back after the bartender had agreed that it was good. then after I had waited more, I was brought a smaller, dry steak that was better cooked out, without taste and only had one hauch of pink finish. Although the service I received was friendly and apologetic, the steak was still not on the spot and this follows a very burned well made stripe, which was ordered in januar after an oversalted sirloin visiting in november. I feel like I was wasted my money and time here, but paid the full price plus drink money for eating that I did not enjoy because it was not as prepared as desired and after it was re-made. the rollers were burned this visit.
Update: I received an email from guest Relations(Kelsie) on March 10th 2022 and asked about my experience and to send pictures. I've done everything I've been asked and you know I haven't heard from them. today is 3/24/22. You heard about the proverb as vague as sohn. that is the perfect example for this company. how to earth someone comes to me in a higher position and then lets me hang without answering or confirming the wrong do? I have so much to say! great experience to say at least! the towel serviettes that kept our utensils were full of haare. the appetizer had literally eaten old, which stuck around the sides, made me sick on mine. When our food came out, my old food had stuck to his teller. we immediately ask for a To-Go box so we can pay and go as soon as possible. the waitress was nice and we tipped her (as we always type) she was not responsible for the nastiness! she said she would advise the manager as she saw everything we pointed out. but the server has never asked if we want new plates, new serviettes or something, it has spattered away. we spent a total of $104 and couldn't eat our meals because of the insecure food. Covid-19 still goes around and they would think restaurants would be extra sanitary because restaurants should be clean and that was extremely unethical, unacceptable and down right disgusting! the management should withdraw the back of the house. they dip the dishes, if necessary, before they are in the dishwasher! This ensures that the gast eats on clean plates and utensils. order new serviettes, they are well overdue! hair nets should be worn to prevent haare everywhere. I'll never get to this place again!
Good food, very friendly service, usually a waiting line but that's ok when it's for an enjoyable meal.
