Kung Fu Tea On Bayview (richmond Hill)

This is our favorite restaurant! This location offers the best customer service, with consistently friendly staff. They also make the waffles perfectly, with no burnt crust at all.

This is still one of my favorite bubble tea spots. I absolutely love their tapioca pearls!

I only went to this place because they were an authorized dealer of tiramisù by nonna Lia. I ended up getting a bubble tea which was very good. Also picked up 2 tiramisùs. Overall very good only disappointment is a they don't sell bottled water.. but they did offer me a cup

Had 38 milk king, really liked the flavor and the toppings, would def try other flavors again and the location is convenient too
