Avaliação da contribuiçãoBeautiful living room with a lot of cake. good selection of Italian snacks and pralins but the coffee was really bad, burned and bitter.
Don’t take this review as a bad criticism but hopefully as a constructive one. I think panini are too expensive for what you get, if you want to keep charging the same please make sure you fill them up properly and make them worth their price. Also good to state the “IN” price a little better because we only noticed the “OUT” price which was at least £3 cheaper. £8.90 for a panini is a lot of money and I can undestand jt if the panini is worth the money, so please maybe rethink the way you serve them. Atmosphere is ok but staff seemed pretty new or shy and weren’t really comfortable. It’s ok for a quick bite on the go I guess.
Wonderful cafe in the heart of Richmond. We had freshly baked pastries straight from the oven. Best croissants in London! Atmosphere is friendly with amazing staff.
The food, coffee and waiting staff were excellent. However the male proprietor seemed to be very unpleasant to the two young waitresses, berating one for doing something wrong while amidst the seated customers 'what 's wrong with you? ' and being inpatient with them at the till, when they asked him things etc. We though the two female staff were doing a great job in apparently difficult circumstances, and felt sorry for them. Made for an uncomfortable visit perhaps it was a one off on a bad day. But staff should be treated with respect.
Overall food tasty and good atmosphere. Wrap Shawarma, savoury and sweet crepes were excellent. Tea per person made with one teabag was expensive £3.60) and medium size florentine was £4.90, which I thought was expensive for what you get. Tuna salad was adequate.
