What a lovely cafe proper good food and excellent MUG of tea what's not to like? Great selection and quality honest home made food Plenty of free parking too

We had never visited Hawes before, but were happy to discover this cafe. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. They had a wide variety of hot drinks, with the hot chocolate being a popular choice, and an extensive menu. Despite it being lunchtime, we decided to try the Yorkshire Breakfast which was delicious and great value, even coming with two slices of toast. They also had a tempting selection of cakes on display, and I was impressed when a customer inquired about gluten-free options and the lady behind the counter was able to quickly and confidently point out which ones were suitable.

Found this almost by accident very glad we did. We got a friendly welcome and as it was later in the afternoon it was quiet. The menu was fairly straightforward, which was to our liking. We both ordered burgers, they arrived hot well presented. We really enjoyed them and will definitely eat here again next time we're up.

As expected, a friendly welcome with a quick chat until more customers arrived...the large cups of tea and coffee welcome after the cold outside, and delicious, freshly made bacon and egg rolls, all at a good price...well worth the visit.

Great little Cafe. Stopped there for a quick lunch had a lovely bowl of soup and roll absolutely lovely followed by a good coffee. Service with a smile. Thank you
