Not just we’re they the best thing to see first thing in theMorning, but the energy the smiles! I go to a different spot since they changed employees. Not that they’re bad but I am not super loyal to seeing frowning dudes hand us our coffee.Love or hate it, the places that follow the right pattern and give customers something to be excited about are going to be much more busy and will get much more tips . Maybe it changed though I’ll try again this week bc i want to support
Oh my hahahah I just drove through here and when I looked it up I saw the previous review and 100% agree!!! The experience was awesome but yea I would say just like the restaurant biz…put your best “talent” in the front, facing customers and you’ll get much busier. My server today was great so polite and she was on it w quickness!
Don’t think they ever got an order wrong BUT they used to have really cute friendly women to greet you at the window. It was a much better experience first thing in the morning to drive up toThat !! Still I guess the tired looking dudes and the others that they use now at the window Try hard and are sometimes pleasant.However I would return my business here if they went back to the old way. No brainer!

Absolutely the worst customer service time and time again. Constantly being corrected on pronunciation. Consistently making any time of exchange/ transaction longer than necessary. The point of a drive thru is to make it easier on the consumer, but due to your rude and poorly trained associates/management you make this a dreadful experience.I rather take the time I spend attempting to place an order with you guys to go into any other coffee shop in Ridgewood.
