Here on a laune during the journey on the a2 autobahn. what a luck! excellent German food in a really beautiful environment with a look at the weser river valley. the menu is small but everything, from appetizer to dessert was really delicious and the service warm, friendly and...efficient very recommended. only a few minutes from the autobahn, but in a very quiet, quiet location. simply a beautiful walk through the forest to the schaumburg castle from here also.

Very friendly people, great eating in a beautiful environment near the carbahn. the place offers simple but tasty dishes for good prices in a very special environment on a mountain with magnificent views of the valley. a great stop en route!

Die Aussicht ist herrlich. Die Bedienung hervorragend. Das Essen aus frischen Zutaten schmackhaft zubereitet. Die individuellen Wünsche werden berücksichtigt. Insgesamt eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Karte ist übersichtlich, dafür frisch und mit regionalen Bezug. Sehr empfehlenswert ist das spezielle dunkle und süffige Bier Paschenburg. Am Wochenende ist eine Reservierung sinnvoll.
