Mcdonald's - Rio Rancho

This restaurant is located next to Walmart on 528 and Enchanted Hills and is super clean, fast, and friendly. I had breakfast with pancakes and coffee, and the portion size was so big that I couldn't finish the pancakes. One piece of bacon was undercooked and floppy, so I showed it to the staff. They promptly replaced it with two pieces of crispy bacon for free! I really enjoy dining at this place, although I do miss the clown.

Last week I stopped at McDonald for some French fries. At the street corner of this McDonald's was a man and his dog. The man kept a sign and asked for help. I wish I had some money to give him, but I had none. When I drew the speaker, I thought I would order him and his dog food. I asked the person to take my order to separate the order into two different pockets because I gave the man something to eat at the corner. When I went into the window to pay, I stopped my card to stick in the card reader. The cashier ended the transaction and gave me the entrance without reading my card. I asked him what's going on. He told me one of McDonald's employees paid for my food. I want you to know you have an angel in this place. This was on Thursday 2 June at 14:45. I don't know their name, but this employee should be recognized for their selflessness. I recommend without delay that you give them an increase! BT2 WORK I did not tell the man at the corner that the employee picked up the tab so that he would not expect free food from McDonald every day.

During the pandemic, I have been avoiding fast food restaurants due to poor service, low-quality food, limited menu options, etc. However, I decided to visit McDonald's last night at 10:00 for their $1 drinks. I was impressed by the efficient service I received from manager Brenda and the rest of the staff. It was a pleasant surprise to see everyone working so hard, especially at the drive-thru. I felt happy to spend my money at a place where employees clearly enjoy their job. Whoever is running this store deserves recognition, and I believe Brenda deserves a well-deserved trip to Hawaii!

This restaurant is one of the quickest in town. The food is typically served hot and the staff is also very friendly, always with a smile on their faces.

First visit to this McDonald’s. Went inside to eat as we’re doing low carb it’s just easier to place that kind of order inside. In any case, it was clean, employees were great and they brought our food to the table. The dining area is a bit small, but very nice. Comfortable.
