The burgers are hefty even in the basic Corral Combo ...Luck comes in whether the fries/rings are fresh. Occasionally, the pass off luke warm, flat fried stuff. Also offered is a local dish of sliced sausage and potatoes. In Llanogrande, Corral has Crepes Waffles adjoining, both with outdoor terraces. Recently, the large expanse of Corral shared half with Papa John's Pizza--very welcomed. Highly touted recently at Corral are ice cream cones in various flavors and toppings. Ice cream is far better at next-door Crepes Waffles, with its enormous dessert menu and many ice cream flavors.
El Corral is a fast food chain, and this particular restaurant is clean, nice, and conveniently located at Llanogrande, Rionegro, in a small complex next to a crepes place and a pizzeria. I am always tempted by the grilled hamburgers. My sons order huge hamburgers,...always from the grilled menu. However, my favorite is the Grilled Chicken Sandwich. I enjoy the yuca con suero, the onion rings and all their potatoes: the French fries, the spiral fries (papas en espiral) and the chunk fries (papas en cascos). The hot dogs are also very good, the sausages are grilled (not boiled) and they come in original combinations such as Mexican and Hawaiian in addition to the classic hot dog. Taking in consideration, of course, that this is a fast food restaurant, I think this is an excellent option.
This chain restaurant recently acquired by one of the most well-known food multi-lats in the country, offers nothing to make it different from others, and on the contrary the cost of so products does not reflect the quality it should. The burgers are absolutely normal, without any added value that amerite their old fame: neither the meat is exceptional, nor the different presentations provide novel flavors. the combo is costly even for international standards, about US$12 apróx. equally costly salads, little elaborated and with basic or low-processing ingredients or even can, U$12 in combo. All this is a counter restaurant, where you expect your own tray and no service to the table. so new owners will have to rethink this business model, which does not offer customers a proper return for what they pay, neither in experience nor in product. To rescue the curly chips, your new owners will have to apply to you re-engineering
