We ordered 4 burgers 4 fries and 4 drinks. Food was fast. Order was correct. Our burgers were raw in the middle. Fries were hot and fresh. Tea was sour. We didn't go back bc we live 30 minutes away and didn't realize the burgers were raw until we got home. Maybe just check from now on before leaving if I go back to this location. Service: Take out

Terrible establishment. Every time I visit, I'm met with rude customer service. The staff also seem unclear on their own policies. I had a frustrating exchange with a woman who insisted that I couldn't pick up my mobile app order at the drive-thru window, even though I've done it without issue in the past. It seems like there’s either a lack of training or inconsistent rules being made up on the spot. Approaching customers with hostility will only result in hostility in return. If you're having a rough day, perhaps it's best not to come to work, as the customers haven't done anything to warrant that treatment. Additionally, the food is overly salty nearly all the time, and the fries are often served cold. You need to improve.
