Avaliação da contribuiçãoTerrible customer service. Placed an order for delivery online, ordered a #8 Club Sub, and it came with no bacon in it at all. Standard sub on the menu that they probably make 100 times a day, I don't get how that happens. And this is the 2nd time. I let it go the first time, but this time I called to request another sub delivered. The guy on the phone tells me that I have to go to the store, and I HAVE TO BRING THE OLD SUB BACK. Are you gonna sell it to someone else after I touched it? And do you think I'm lying or something? Ridiculous.

The sandwiches are perfect and I always get a chicken bacon ranch, so the quality is there its just I went with my dad about an hour before closing and they told us the grill was closed/cleaned when we got there. It wouldn't be a problem if we were still in a pandemic or something but I've worked in food retail and I don't see why a place should be open if half their menu is not available in the later hours, especially since I don't think most people get cold subs for dinner. Guess I'll only be stopping by for lunch for now. Shame, because the place is perfection in every other way.
The staff, because it was a holiday they're running a skeleton crew, they were fantastic! Friendly, accurate and quick. They're quality people!!
