I went in to order three sandwiches using a coupon, but I faced a lot of resistance. They insisted that my coupon wasn't valid, even though it expires in July and it’s currently June. Then, I was told that I couldn't order extra turkey with the coupon, yet they refused to apply the coupon at all—so why couldn't I have the extra turkey? I also wanted an Italian sub, which is listed on their menu, but the employee told me that wasn't an option and ended up giving me a turkey sub instead. I'm honestly baffled by the management here; it's clear that the staff doesn't understand their own policies. They really need to improve the situation; if I could give this place zero stars, I would.

I recently dined in for brunch and my overall experience was mixed. **Food:** 2/5 The food was disappointing. The flavors didn’t quite hit the mark, and the dishes lacked excitement. I expected more from the brunch menu. **Service:** 3/5 The service was adequate but not exceptional. While the staff was courteous, they seemed a bit inattentive at times, which affected the overall experience. **Atmosphere:** 3/5 The atmosphere was pleasant enough, but it could have been more inviting. It felt somewhat average, lacking the charm or energy that makes a brunch spot truly special. Overall, while there were some redeeming qualities, I left feeling like the experience could have been better.

The woman who prepares the sandwiches is extremely rude and hardly speaks any English. I will never return again. Service: Takeout Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100

The sandwich was okay, but it definitely needed more meat.
