Chick-fil-a - Riverside

I ordered the nuggets and, when I got home, I noticed that about three of them had fly larvae (eggs) on them. I was extremely disgusted. I've tried to contact the branch for days, but I haven't received any response.

I had Chick-fil-A once before and wasn't left impressed, and my second visit didn’t change my opinion. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries. The fries were just okay and a bit soggy for my liking. The sandwich, even with the house hot sauce, was still rather plain. My coworker and I stopped in while delivering to the college, and we both agreed we’d only go back if we were delivering and hungry; it's not a place we’d choose otherwise. The staff was very friendly, and despite the busy atmosphere, the location was clean. There was only one register open, and the line was consistently about 20 people long while we were there, which made the wait a bit longer. However, the service was outstanding.

This Chick-fil-A location supports mobile ordering, but the estimated times for when your order will be ready are often inaccurate. You can count on your order being at least 15 minutes later than what the app indicates. This has made me late to class on several occasions.

This location is on campus of Cal Baptist University. I was a little surprised but luckily everyone was friendly enough to guide me to the location. It was quick and the food was delicious as always. Reminded me of when I went to college so the nostalgiawas very welcoming.

The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the place was spotless. The best part was that the food was ready in just a few minutes and tasted amazing as always. Thank you, CBU Food Court!
