I ordered my food by app and sat in the number spot for 45 minutes. I walked in asked if I could wait for my order and they asked me to sit in the car again.I sat in the car for an additional 15 minutes.I walked in and the lady behind the counter stated that they are extremely busy and backed up.I stated this has nothing to do with me please may I have my order.She stated it is coming up now.This location should just be shut down this has happened to us more than once. I left without my food or a refund and went to another restaurant with my daughter that was sick that day. She wanted a pancake.
This place is poorly managed. The service is slow, poor, and not very lively and/or friendly. This place can't handle more than a few cars at a time. My family made the mistake to go back two weeks in a row where the establishment was out of simple menu items such as orange juice or soft drinks. The orange juice was not available two weeks in a row. I would recommend driving out of your way to go to a different McDonald's for a wayvbetter experience and where all menu items are consistently available.
I will never go there again.. Had a dead fly on top of my food when I was given my bag. Once I told them about it they just put the food in a different bag… smh. Just shut the whole place down..
Allowed me to order but they were already closed. They need to check their store hours with door dash and Uber.
