Avaliação da contribuiçãoTheir bangus belly sinigang is good but a bit salty and the boneless thigh inasal was a bit undercooked and a bit salty too... Service is okay though the wait staff gave the wrong item twice which is understandable as it was getting busy that time. Garlic rice is a bit hefty at 48 pesos when it isn't the special type. We ordered Pa-a (Thigh) and Pecho (Breast) and the meat was moist, juicy, tasty, and umami! Yellowish color of the chicken oil was hypnotizing as we cut our way through the deliciously crispy skin. The matching color with the java rice gave the same feeling, and I'm really happy that both garlic and java rice had a bit of extra garlic within; not just on top. Towards the bones, we could still see that appetizing yellow temptation. Chicken was already good without sauce but we still kept a saucer of toyomansi nearby to alternate between scoops.
Food is not bad but I found a burnt staple wire on my spareribs and almost ate it. Garlic ice is also sticky. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₱200–400 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
Price was too much for the portions of food and the quality? 3/10. Taste? 4/10. Service was good for just one staff there. Cashier and the other servers were so dull and doesn't even care if someone was raising their hands to order, like I saw the other table raising her hands several times and I saw that the cashier saw her and made an eye to eye contact but didn't even inform the busy chatting servers to take the order. Only one server cares and gives attention to most of us there. Were not even that many dining in. They have to do something about all of this for the goodness of this establishment.
Chicken has always been my go to meat. And when it comes to part preference, I always go for the breast. I like the texture and taste of white meat more. Apart from that, it’s also the biggest portion. For dinner tonight, I got their well-seasoned Pecho and paired it with Gising Gising. It ended up not being the ideal partnership as the veggies were too sweet and creamy. I did find delight having their sour atchara.
