North-south Truck Stop - Robards

This quaint mom-and-pop restaurant exudes a small-town charm. The food is fantastic and the service is exceptional.

Every time I visit my account in the area, I make sure to stop by this restaurant. The country fried steak is hands down the best I've ever had. On my most recent visit, I decided to switch things up and ordered the open-face roast beef sandwich. To my surprise, it quickly became another one of my favorite dishes from this place. I opted for the large portion and was not disappointed - it was a generous serving and incredibly delicious. I highly recommend trying this restaurant!

I go here every time I visit an account of mine in the area. The country fried steak is the best I 've had anywhere. I decided to try something else the other day and got the open-face roast beef sandwich...now I have 2 favorites there! I was really hungry and got the large. No shrink-flation here...the large is literally a plate-full and it was great. Highly recommend!

Good down home cooking. Diversified menu with great sandwiches and plate lunches and dinners.

The pies are to die for! Sometimes I eat my slice before the entree. My husband loves their club sandwich, and I always get the Philly beef and cheese.
