I've been there several times and I get that mistakes can happen. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered the worst service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant.

I’ve visited this restaurant several times, and while I know mistakes can happen, my latest experience had the worst fast-food service I've ever faced. At the drive-thru window, my order was completely wrong, and I had to remind them of what I actually ordered. It wasn’t a big deal at first, but then it got worse. The outside of my drink cups was covered in soda, with three drinks leaking because the lids weren’t secure. To make matters worse, my sundae also had a loose lid, resulting in ice cream spilling all over my car. They only gave me two cup holders, so I had to juggle several leaking drinks on my own. I even had to remind the employee to hand me my sundae, even after they initially claimed I had everything. I’m giving this place two stars because the food was prepared well, but the service was a mess that day. It felt like they had sent a new employee to handle the drive-thru without proper training.
