The customer service is terrible! I was shouted at when I arrived at the order terminal “YES YOUR ORDER”. I get judged by the same girl because I order an almond milk latte and ask to put 1 cream on the side. For whatever reason, you don 't tell the customer yes but you ordered me almond milk . I pay more for almond milk too. I have worked in fast food for almost 7 years now, and I believe that this is not a problem with the employees but with the management. Where is the “Hello can I take your order” “You can move forward!”. I miss having good, fast, courteous and efficient service.
