Chicago Steakhouse - Robinsonville

Our second visit. The steak is top quality. We've averaged 100 bucks per person per meal for the bone in ribeye and it has been well worth it both visits.

Matt is amazing! We didn?t get the host?s name but she is excellent as well! They are both full of life, observant, and were on top of our needs the entire night. Excellent service with excellent food and drinks. Great job, Chicago Steakhouse.

The steak was tender but cooked rarer than I requested, and it could have used more seasoning as there was little flavor. The lobster mac was enjoyable but served cold. And just to clarify, the water was simply water—I wasn’t about to add another $10 to my bill by ordering a side of green beans! Unfortunately, the negatives keep piling up. We made a reservation and when we arrived at the podium, we were neither greeted nor acknowledged; it seemed like the staff were preoccupied with personal matters. When we were finally seated, it took quite a while before our waitress came to greet us. There were no specials or recommendations offered, and we were left sitting for nearly 15 minutes before anyone returned to our table. Throughout that time, she kept disappearing into the back, making her absence even more frustrating. We finally received our bread and placed our order, but we had to wait for drink refills for far too long, sitting with empty glasses. There was no check-in from the staff on how our food was or if we needed anything else. Based on my experience dining at several high-end restaurants, this level of service is unacceptable when you're paying such high prices for a meal. I really hope they consider implementing a better training program for their staff, or they might find themselves struggling to serve steaks at those prices for much longer!

The restaurant at the Gold Strike Casino boasts a clean and lovely atmosphere. Reservations are necessary. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is well-trained and consistently friendly. Restrooms are accessible through the casino. From my personal experience, I would give it a full 5 stars across the board.

This is the best steakhouse in Tunica! The food and service are consistently outstanding. Curtissa was a delightful server as well. The quality of the food and service makes it definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend it!
