Chipotle Mexican Grill - Rochester

I like to eat here. my eating is always right. the line is long, but it is worth waiting.

Service was not great. theke was creepy with eating. server were not wiped off and food were in the escape that should not.

I didn't leave any Fajita vans when I asked if I could not replace veggies for queso, the girl makes a strange face then says no. ok, now they don't have a mais. no customer service, no eating! that's not going on. if they don't all their food ready, at least their customer service could be good!

Great staff and super clean. in the opposite there is another chipotle. we propose to come to this place.

If it weren't for the convenience of this location I wouldn'tcome here at all. The staff lacks professionalism and therestaurant is always dirty. Whenever I ordered in person mybowl would be overflowing with food. They'd pack it somuch I thought it ruined the whole presentation of the mealbut even worse than that when I ordered over Grubhub thisweekend the bowl I received was so empty. There wasbarely any rice or meat and the vegetables were drowned inqueso. To top everything off there was a HAIR in the food. Itwas disgusting I couldn't even eat it and I got a full refundfor the meal. The chips were also stale and soggy. I thinkI've been disappointed enough by this location. I don't seemyself ordering from here again. It just isn't worth it.
