Donuts Delite - Rochester

First time visiting this location based on a recommendation. Delicious donuts and it was delite -ful. I can assure you the box was empty upon getting home. Thank you for a good experience.

Donuts Delite is a small donut place that has limited seating and a long wait time for your order. My order, the Stuffed Breakfast Calzone, took over 40 minutes to make. The wait was not worth it as the calzone just tasted average and ordinary. It is a donut place however, so if you’re only getting donuts they should be okay as long as you eat them all the day they were made. I waited a day to eat my donut and was extremely dry and withered shell of its former self. Much like Harrison Ford, it ages terribly.

Cramped location. Service was fast. Pizza is also available here. The chocolate cream filled and eclair filled donuts are really tasty.It was busy at the counter and the staff worked efficiently and tirelessly.

Great donut shop feel, good customer service and delicious donuts. The pizza looked incredible too.

We ordered specialty donuts for my son’s birthday to be picked up right before his morning birthday party, soon after the shop opened. They called about 5 minutes before my husband arrived (he was already in the car) to say that the donuts would not be available due to a “bakery error” and our order, that I already paid for, was never made. I demanded that they do not disappoint my son and they ultimately rushed together to make them last minute while my 3 year old waited impatiently, just minutes before his party started. It was very unprofessional and upsetting for it to be handled this way after spending so much money on donuts. Although they were delicious, we will definitely not be ordering from here again.
