Avaliação da contribuiçãoI went to the restaurant to buy some coffee beans. The taste of each coffee was not what was described online. It was odd, so I ended up just buying the beans without getting any drinks. However, the beans turned out to be pretty good in the end.
I am evaluating the quality of a coffee shop based on their standard coffee. In regular brews, you cannot mask a poorly tasting coffee with milk, cream, caramel, or other additives. This place excelled in their standard coffee. The home roasting and meticulous brewing were evident in every sip. I tried other coffee shops in the area, which had different atmospheres, but their final coffee product did not compare. I will definitely return to this coffee shop.
I recently started making my own espresso at home and have been using Glen Edith coffees. The Ethiopian blend is light, sweet, and smooth, while the Buckle Up Blend is rich and creamy. My wife's favorite for pour over is the Bean Cruiser. The beans are also available at Wegmans, so I haven't visited the shop often but I recommend giving them a try.
The coffee at this restaurant is excellent. The Cortado was made perfectly. They offer a nice selection of pastries, including croissants, cronuts, muffins, and savory options. I tried the chocolate croissant and Parmesan leak, which were good but not as flavorful and crispy as I had hoped. Unfortunately, they did not have waffles available, despite reading about them online. The space itself is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. It is clean, tastefully decorated, and the service is friendly and calm. The only downside was that parking was limited on a Saturday morning. Overall, a great cafe option.
I found the best coffee in the Rochester area at this coffee shop! I have been searching for a place with great coffee and have tried many others, but this one is definitely the best!
