Jersey Mike's Subs - Rochester

I really enjoy this restaurant, but I wish my order had arrived on time.

I go to Jersey Mikes at once a week. I like to go early to beat the crowd. I order the same thing all the time. Today a young girl had the job of putting the “mikes way” garnishes on my sandwich. It was so over loaded with oil and vinegar that when I got home both sides of the bread were mushy, I couldn’t even eat it without the entire sandwich falling apart. I tired to call and give them heads up so this wouldn’t happen to anyone else but their voicemail was not setup.?This girl never greeted me, never smiled, never said thank you. For a $10 sandwich that I couldn’t eat -not happy!!

Went to jersey mikes on commerce drive in Rochester and it was terrible!So many people working but very slow! They got my order wrong and then accused me of not paying when I literally had my receipt!! 0/10 would not recommend going to this Jersey Mikes!!

Great fresh subs ,lots of choices .full of flavor .quick and easy.

I ordered takeout from Mike's last night, and once again, my order was incorrect—this has happened about seven times out of my last ten orders. I drove back to the restaurant, and they seemed to treat it like it was no big deal. They did make me a new sandwich, but honestly, should I really have to check each order before leaving? I'm just really disappointed.
