I had been here twice before today, and the fries had a terrible taste from the old oil. It felt like I was just cursed! However, today I might have finally had the best fries I've ever tried. I did place my order online and ended up waiting in the drive-thru line for over 15 minutes, but if the food is good, I might consider coming back. The other items I ordered, the chicken sandwich and nuggets, were just okay.
Despite having a limited staff, the service here was exceptional. The friendly team made the most of their resources and ensured a great experience. It's clear that their dedication stands out, especially considering the challenges faced by many local businesses. I'm sure you can appreciate that effort!
I've had several frustrating experiences at this restaurant. Even though there was one time when my order was prepared perfectly, it seems like they never get it right anymore. I often find myself going back and forth trying to correct my order, which feels like a waste of money and time. Unfortunately, I just don’t think I can go back there anymore—it's clear they don’t listen to what I want. Rating: 1/5.
The customer service here is terrible. they are very slow. you always have to wait a long time and after a while wait my pommes cold. only really disappointed that I really liked wendy’s, but this one really fell on the hill. they also seem closed more, then they are open. Food: 3/5
Drive thru is horrendous service. The boy who took our order without giving us a chance to complete our order. No receipt, or telling us the sale was completed. At the second window we were greeted by another boy with sleeveless Tshirt on. We will never stop there again.
