Arby's - Rock Falls

I order 2 for $6 roast beef and my other sandwich was a crispy fish. The fish sandwich was PATHETIC. No other word could describe it. Virtually no tartar sauce, bun was blackened rather than toasted and based on past purchases the sandwich shrank. Disgusted today and rest assured it will be a long time before Arby' s gets any more of my money. Companies are getting their money back that they lost during the pandemic and are making little if any effort to put out quality products.

Used the drive thru, prompt friendly service. The food was correct and hot. Delicious sandwiches.

We ate inside today, received greetings from staff. Very clean eating area, fast service and food was excellent as always. The curly fries were extra yummy today!! Drink fountains were well mixed with Coke products.
