Avaliação da contribuiçãoL order steak and it was sent back 4 times and the manager emma did as she cared for it was not kind at all, and I will contact the franchise owner. when the people spend money, they expect that they get what they pay for I am very dissatisfied. the waitress jessica, however, was very nice and made sure that we made it happy that I appreciate it. I didn't even go to dinner. 2 1/2 hours wasted to send my steak back 4 times.
We came in tonight and our waitress a young woman named Alexandria was absolutely a delight. We never had to ask for a refill on anything. She was prompt with putting our order in and as a former waitress I noticed her Upselling, and offering cocktails/dessert. She made our dining experience PERFECT! I am certain Management knows what a talent they have on their hands. We will be back based off her service alone but the food was also fantastic! My sons steak kids meal was so delicious I was a little bit jealous haha! Overall wonderful experience. It’s a busy place so get there a little earlier than you plan to eat very reasonable prices in these inflated times. My husband son and I $38 then tip
2 hours to wait for a piece of Country Fried Steak that was not fit for a dog. Charged me $2.49 for 6 small round rolls but only gave me 5. They used to come with an entree. I wanted extra. Got a small butter less than half full. After waiting 2 hours for an order that had to be remade as it was given to the wrong guest. Guess what the order came out wrong I just said it's time to call it a day Young girl working the to go orders was very nice with an incredible work ethic and personality. She apologized to me for the manager and said he was going to give me vouchers and sent his apologies. When she came back around she said the manager would like my email to send me a voucher. No email, no voucher and no edible food for my only meal of the day. Great service from the girl work the to go orders.Worst management, food and system of any Texas Roadhouse I've ever tried to give my hard earned money to. I'm probably more upset I wasted my te since I work long hours and 3 jobs 7 days a week. Note to self when your screw over someone and you try to make it right but don't follow through... You lose a customer then you lose your job
We greatly appreciate the fact that they ask everyone to wait outside or in their cars when waiting for a table! It’s comfortable and COVID-safe waiting in your car, and they text when your table is ready. Our server was great and our meal was good. Our only complaint was that they mixed up our steak preferences. My husband got a medium-well sirloin (requested well-done), and I got a well-done ribeye (requested medium-well), so we couldn’t just swap plates. The steaks did not arrive with indicators in them, and they did not ask us to cut into our steaks to verify like they do at other Texas Roadhouse restaurants.
Dinner for 4. 3 out of 4 were excellent on the 6 oz Top Sirloin. Mine was tough for about 1/3 of the steak but the rest was great. Salads and sides were great.
