This coldstone is the ONLY one to actually put some effort into making the sundaes look cute! everything tasted amazing as always but this time really made me smile. thanks Coldstone!!!

On Saturday, April 2nd, at 3:00 PM, I stopped by to pick up a large order of apples for my mother, as we live in New York. The girl at the counter was extremely friendly and polite. My mother placed the order, and the manager was wonderful as well. I have no doubt that the positive experience was due to the welcoming attitude of the staff. There are several Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory locations in New Jersey, but this is definitely the one I'll be coming back to.

If you have a unique taste that you love, this is the place for you. Feel free to mix and match as you please! Whether you choose to share or keep it to yourself, this delicious treat will disappear quickly. Highly recommended!

The service at this restaurant was quite disappointing. There was no organization, accountability, or communication; I didn't even receive a text message updating my order. The line stretched out the door, but I could tell the staff was overwhelmed. Unfortunately, this lack of professionalism isn't surprising, considering it's run by the owner's children.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant with my children. They were out of three items we wanted, which was fine, but it was the way the girl behind the counter treated us that was upsetting. She was unpleasant, rude, and confrontational. Given how many businesses are struggling, it makes sense for them to hire friendly staff. To make matters worse, the woman behind us turned around and left out of frustration. I will not be returning.
