The food was fantastic! My housemate ordered the chicken quesadillas and couldn't finish her plate because she wanted to save room for her fried Mars bar. I had the baked jacket potato with lamb, which was a bit spicy but still delicious. And the banana chimichanga? Absolutely delicious!

We arrived on a weeknight after traveling for a while, and from the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and seated us promptly. My wife has allergies to onions and related foods (except garlic). We informed the staff about her allergies, and the manager personally came over to assist. He suggested safe options for her and even offered to modify a dish if necessary. He also mentioned that if we plan to return, we could call ahead so they could prepare even more options for her. That level of care was truly above and beyond our expectations. If you’re looking for "authentic" Mexican food in Australia, you might end up disappointed. It might be better to find a wonderful Mexican family to cook for you. The flavors of our meals were delightful and fresh. The meat was tender, and the sauce on the ribs had a nice smoky flavor. My enchilada was mild, and I’ll be sure to request spicier next time. While the prices are slightly higher than what we’ve experienced elsewhere, they are comparable to pub meal prices, so I wouldn’t say they were unreasonable for the portion sizes. I do take issue with the practice of charging extra for hotter sauces in a Mexican restaurant. When we pass through Toowoomba again, we would be more than happy to dine here once more.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is consistently hearty, filling, and incredibly delicious. I'm a huge fan of the barra salad; the fish is beautifully cooked and perfectly seasoned. The tacos and chili con carne are also fantastic. The atmosphere is wonderful—warm, relaxed, and welcoming.

Fantastic place. Great atmosphere and food is delicious! Large portions and kids meals are huge! Love the platters to share. Makes for cheaper night and the desert platter is incredible. Although they need to change their chocolate nachos to something like cactus jacks.
