Avaliação da contribuiçãoI waited a bit longer at Whataburger than other locals, but it was definitely worth it! This place seems popular for people with loud trucks, so remember to turn them off in the drive-thru.
We can only tolerate a limited amount of Texan Pride. However, the disservice at this restaurant is just too much to overlook. The severe understaffing and overworking of the employees makes it hard to fault the few individuals who actually care and work hard. With a long line of cars waiting at the drive-thru and several customers waiting inside to be served, it was obvious that this location was struggling. One person handling the lobby, drive-thru, and cooking duties was simply painful to witness. The blame falls on the owner of the establishment, who should take responsibility for the situation. By improving wages, attracting better staff, and potentially raising prices, the owner could make positive changes that would be forgiven by customers. It's time to recognize where the true fault lies.
Whataburger is fantastic! We would love to have one located near Nashville, TN.
My experience at Whataburger was terrible. Despite my curiosity about more locations in Rockwall, the bad service and low quality food made it clear why there aren't. I paid nearly $16 for a chili cheese burger, only to receive cold, stale fries and a burger with no chili. Instead, it was loaded with onions and soggy corn chips.
I had a delicious double patty chili cheese burger with corn chips at the restaurant. It was so filling that it ended up being two meals for me, especially since I snuck some of my wife's French fries on the drive home. She still had her WhatABurger junior burger, so there was no need to worry. I also enjoyed a new white chocolate raspberry milkshake while driving, but I made sure not to text and drive to avoid spilling the delicious beverage. Treat yourself!
