Carbone's Prime - ROCKY HILL

The crab appetizer didn't quite live up to my expectations. The cocktail, however, was excellent. The ribeye had a bit of fat but was cooked to perfection. I enjoyed the ambiance as well. It might be considered a top ten restaurant, but I wouldn't rank it in the top three.

Our experience was exceptional! This experience was everything a restaurant should be. Attention to detail, service, flavors of the foods etc. our server Jessica S was great and very knowledgeable of the menu items. I’m a chef myself and was quite impressed. I’ll definitely be back later this month.

Service was very slow. We had to flag people down to get bread and drinks. Food was greasy. Not what we expected.
